Dean Brundage is a restauranteur who, along with Blake Zeitman, opened Blake’s Steaks in College Station. They serve philly cheesesteaks, beer, tots, and an array of other fried treats in an urban themed space. Dean also has experience as a brewmaster previously with New Republic Brewing Company.
